This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom. Your use of our website is governed by English law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English court.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website, from outside the UK, complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please see delivery times and charges.

Pure Living Collection will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Pure Living Collection nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of purelivingcollection.com or any of its employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

 

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

The purchase of merchandise through Pure Living Collection is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.

In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to register and provide personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items you will be required to provide payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

This website is available only to individuals and others who meet the Pure Living Collection terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to the Pure Living Collection, whose applications are acceptable to Pure Living Collection and who have authorised Pure Living Collection to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase and delivery price for the merchandise which they purchase (see Payment and Taxes).

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.

Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, a contract between the customer and Pure Living Collection for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website, removing screening or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

PAYMENT AND TAXES

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5%. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

We currently accept payment made by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Pure Living Collection. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Pure Living Collection, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using HSBC Secure Epayments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Pure Living Collection we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

 

INSURANCE

Pure Living Collection insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

 

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Cancellation Policy

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, by e-mailing us at [email protected] any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Occasionally, we may be out of stock on certain items. Consequently you may, from time to time, be given the possibility of making an advance payment. Should we be out of stock for your order then you will be notified by email and at this point you may choose to cancel your order with us.

No Quibble Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including sale items), we will exchange them, or give you a full refund on the value of the goods (excluding the delivery cost), provided you return them to us within 28 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Please take extra care to read the instructions on your products’ washing label as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

Returning your Pure Living Collection Product

All products for return or exchange should reach us within 28 days of receipt. For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process subject to the conditions detailed below.

Please contact us by emailing [email protected] or phoning 0844 800 0097 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for full returns instructions, including the delivery address. Please give your order details in any correspondence. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Returns received outside the above time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Pure Living Collection, they will only be refunded as a ‘store credit’.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Goods are returned to Pure Living Collection at your own expense. We recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Receiving a Refund

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of returned items. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments, but excluding shipping charges.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

We are unable to announce deliveries. Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. Orders received before 10.30am will be dispatched on the same day, with all orders received after 10.30am being despatched the following day. Deliveries will be made within 5 working days or 2-3 days within the UK, depending upon the delivery service selected).
